From time to time I use different tricks to help remind me of the work, to bring me into the moment, such as writing on windows and mirrors, and post-it notes. But today I talk a little about the meaning behind the reminders of "Last Time..."   "What if this is the last time I will ever get to..." can sound intriguing if it is the last time to see your family, or to eat an amazing meal for example.
