In the last Revisits of the series, Stacey reconnects with Angie and Sherry, a couple from America who adopted a little girl in 2013 through open adoption, which encourages the birth parents to choose the adoptive parents themselves and to stay in touch with their child as they grow up. Stacey also catches up with fathers Jonathan and Frank and their son Apollo.

Stacey reconnects with Roman, a 'prepper' from Austin, Texas, who she first met in 2018. Roman is part of a community of people who are all getting ready to face the end of the world as we know it, with concerns ranging from war to natural disasters, to civil unrest and climate change. Given the disruption caused by the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, does Roman feel more justified in taking his precautions?

Stacey revisits a documentary she made in the Philippines in 2017, investigating Filipino mothers who sexually abuse children, often their own, in front of webcams in exchange for money. Stacey catches up with 'Mike', (not his real name), a US undercover special agent from Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) who conducts secret operations to arrest the mothers and rescue the children. Mike's voice has been disguised.
