Statsbomb is an outstanding podcast for anybody interested in a more intelligent discussion about football. Ted and Ben host and as the title of the podcast foreshawdows, both use data as the foundation for their arguments. As an American who has long been interested in sabermetrics in baseball, I found this podcast to be the perfect introduction to how data can be used to analyze football (soccer...can't help myself). Informative and entertaining. I highly recommend this podcast and the blog.

I absolutely love this podcast! I have followed these guys on Twitter for a while and love the articles they publish, but hearing them chat together is fantastic. I watch/listen to a lot of soccer commentary and 80% of it is basically the same. The Stats Bomb guys work hard to be a part of the 20% and really do their homework to provide insightful and interesting takes on games, teams, and players.

Definitely a must hear podcast!
