Listen now
Description
In the penultimate episode of this investigative series, reporter Emily Dugan speaks to one half of a couple whose testimony helped convict Andrew Malkinson. Dugan also discovers internal emails that show The Criminal Cases Review Commission misled her over the last time they looked at Andy’s case. Andrew Malkinson was sentenced to life in jail in 2004 for rape. No forensics linked him to the scene and he’s always maintained his innocence.
