“My son listened to this podcast practically every evening from the ages of three to five. I think he's listened to every episode four or five times. We tried other podcasts, but always came back to this one.
Angela Ferrari is talented both at making stories and telling them. The way she changes her voice for each of the many characters is part of the podcast's appeal, but her regular voice is the kind that little kids like -- expressive and clear. She is also a good singer; most episodes have several original songs. From a young age my son would hum and try to sing along.
You might think I'd get bored as a parent listening to the same podcast over and over, but not at all. Putting it on gives me a nice respite from engaging with my kid most of the day, and makes for calmer mealtimes.
I'd also say this podcast is educational. After we started listening to it, my son started making up more stories of his own, and I think it helped him learn English (as we live in a non-English speaking country).
I'm very grateful for this wonderful podcast and encourage all parents of young children to give it a listen.”Read full review »
“My friends' children are in for a treat. Great sound effects, well produced show with excellent sound quality, and the host has a wonderful-sounding voice. The episodes are just the right length. Great for car rides and bed-time. Thanks Angela.”Read full review »
