Good substance, but some undesirable “noise”
By which I mean, there seems to be more than necessary personal shade thrown, eg about Alito’s skin characteristics (wholly irrelevant to legal analysis). Full disclosure: I lean right, but I like to hear opposing viewpoints so I can understand where people are coming from. My complaint with this podcast is not that I tend to disagree, but that I must wade through distraction in order to get any of the cherished “why the other side thinks that.” Contrasted this with eg AO where I feel like I get better (read: more persuasive) representations of left-leaning positions. Still, these ladies are sharp, and it’s otherwise a decent pod. Just sometimes feels like it’s tailored only to their choirgirls.

Occasionally informative about SC cases, but the generally unbalanced left-wing commentary overwhelms the limited insight. There are many better SC podcasts out there. And Litman’s voice and cadence are very difficult to listen to. You can find better pundits without the painful voice.
