Keep your side comments out of it
While the substance of the podcast is informative, the side snide comments are rather annoying. Most people listen to this podcast for the substance and not the dicta, so keep it to a minimum. Coloring information with sarcastic giggles and jibes distracts away from the facts. I really enjoy the podcast for its thorough coverage of SCOTUS issues, but it really does bug me when the hosts try to promulgate their opinions on their listeners—even subconsciously.
