“Where to begin? I’m a generational peer to our host, so perhaps predictably I readily relate to her perspectives and experiences.
That said, I absolutely appreciate her style and fearless authenticity—those are rare gifts for me to recognize and applaud at my age. Her BS sensor is ever present and finely tuned too—I love how readily she calls out an inconsistency in a guest’s story line...yet graciously owns it if she’s mistaken. Her curiosity and wit are fresh and uncontrived, and she’s gained enough insight through her podcast experience to almost totally get the oddities of basic men, without judging them for their horniness or extremes of taste or paraphilia...ahem.
Add to that her unguarded willingness to compare and contrast her own sexual self to those of her female callers, and we have a multidimensional product that I never tire of. (Her stated envy of women who squirt is endearing and fun).
Finally, Kathy is blessed with what we used to call an “FM Radio” voice...calm and low and soft—even when stridently interacting with her callers. I’ve lost most of my high frequency hearing, haha, so that’s an added bonus for me.

“The podcast has potential but it is frustrating to hear the interviewer constantly interrupt and ask multiple rapid burst questions that seems to break the flow of the story. It would be much better if the interviewer asked a question and then gave the subject the space to answer.
