I am slowly starting to believe that this podcast is changing my life. I went on an endurance run with nothing but 3-second power and it literally was talking to me on my wrist telling me not to pound the hills anymore. Don’t be so weak falling with gravity. Higher cadence downhill. Everything is...Read full review »

I’m planning to use the first two lectures to help supplement upcoming exercise physiology course material! I’m a little confused by the false equivalence between the usage of the word intensive where intensity seems to be the intention. Regardless this is great content. Thank you!

Great range of topics from how best to setup and use the Stryd device to discussion with coaches from around the world. I’ll probably never be able to do a marathon but some day maybe half marathon.

The new series of episodes have been great. Keep up the good work. It is much appreciated.

Great podcast. I feel you are under-marketing this great product. Useful podcast and information on stryd power and running training in general. One useful thing might be to add maybe a bit quicker the show-notes so we can have access to them quicker. But besides that, keep it up, you’re great.

Stryd is a very innovative and helpful training tool whereas their podcast is anything but! The guests are dull and boring and the contents they cover are rehash of what can be heard on many other decent sporting podcasts. Nothing is unique not particularly enticing. Very disappointed. I...Read full review »

I have been coming across Stryd a few years back with their first pod. Trying to change my training I was looking for different approaches. I have a new coach, he is not interested in pace or HR. Time, distance and my personal feeling is all he is looking for. He gives me tasks like run...Read full review »

Most recent episode was a lot of talk about an athlete’s personal life (eg how they were worried about answering the phone, their choice of college). This is of no interest to me. Please stick to how to use the product in training. Most of the podcasts have ranged between good and excellent from...Read full review »

This podcast is another source of valuable information on Stryd and running with power. Evan had done an awesome job patiently explaining basics as well as more sofisticated stuff. I love Stryd and the way they take care of their product and their customers. This podcast is a must for all Stryders.

If you’re new to Stryd or running with a power meter, this is a valuable resource and worth your time investment. I’ve found myself listening to certain episodes multiple times. I’m not a data junkie nor am I an elite runner. I find the topics and information really helpful.

Informative, well presented. Great stuff.

The Host, Evan Schwartz, is able to take the complex out of training and simplify it for the masses...without dumbing down, which empowers the listeners in their own training. I highly recommend that ALL runners listen to this, even if they are not Stryd users...yet

Thanks for doing this, I have been running with stryd for a while and want to use it when training others. This helps the learning curve. I have also move to and are with elevation and this information really helps understand how to run hills!
