A stand up comedian, actor and writer Alan has been ever present on our screens since 1997 when he first appeared as the magician come sleuth Jonathan Creek. Perhaps best known as the only permanent panellist on comedy quiz show QI Alan wrote his first book in 2009, his new book ‘Just Ignore Him’ will be available from 3rd September.
