Boundaries, Barriers & Bubbles - These are all things you have put up around you to protect your from all manner of ‘nefarious’ things or people! We’ve been told from so many different places that this is a must, that you can’t survive this reality if you don’t use them.  Is that true?  I know you think they help you.
