Best podcast out
This is my favourite podcast at the moment. I love listening to it when running on really long runs (21km+) and find some of the concepts quite deep so tend to go back and listen to each episode more than once. It makes you feel really positive about life in general.

Excellent resource
Love this podcast series one and two. Great ideas, strategies and information. It would be even better if references were put into the episode notes for resources mentioned like books, Ted talks, documentaries etc.
