I love how open, delicate and honest you talk about the things that are sometimes so hard to talk about when your mind is in it or you see someone sufering. Thank you and your guests!

As someone with chronic illnesses including severe depression, I find this podcast comforting. Sofie and Felicity’s episodes both had wonderful discourse that I wish I could capture sound bites of and play for my loved ones to explain things I can’t. Thank you.

I’ve only just started this podcast, (finished series 1, ep 3) but it’s already a firm favourite. You have though both given me food for thought,...Read full review »

An engaging conversation between two honest and caring people. Thoroughly enjoyed it and came away with a better understanding of the issues discussed and myself.

This podcast is so honest and yet so entertaining. It’s really refreshing to hear people being honest about their experience with mental illness.

I’ve absolutely loved this podcast. The conversations have been so real and open and fascinating. Mental heath is such an important topic, that is just not discussed enough. The conversations here have been so refreshing and helpful to my own mind.

The honesty around mental health and society’s nonsense is so refreshing. I feel like this is therapy in a podcast all wrapped up in smart, witty and love-filled conversation!

I never usually listen to Podcasts which are not instinctively “educational” but wow it is so refreshing to hear such open conversations about mental health in a variety of forms. Susan is a fantastic host and has quickly become a comforting part of my daily commute. I can listen, reflect and...Read full review »
