“I listened to all the episodes, and it felt underwhelming. I think the story is compelling enough, but everything about the presentation fell flat. The reporter who speaks at the beginning gives a sense of passion, but the host doing most of the voiceover is so disinterested and adds nothing t our understanding of what's happening. There's no commentary or editorializing from her, which makes moments like the South African juror spouting racist eugenics ideas seem unchecked and irresponsible.
