Liggins didn't do it
Multiple strands of evidence: 1) Lack of forensic evidence against Liggins. 2) The headlight "witness" who happens to be a paid police informant -- suggests the police can't get legit witnesses, so one of their regular informants "just happened" to see the headlight. Right. 3) Stepfather's behavior is beyond weird. Wants to look at the body, wants to "look cool" at the funeral, then disappears. That's three reasons to think Liggins didn't do it. State should take heed. 4) Witness saw man w/long hair and leather jacket w/ silver studs. OCCAM'S RAZOR APPLIES. Frankly, this type of prosecution lowers my trust for prosecutions generally. State should take heed.Read full review »

Totally sucked in after the first episode. Definitely needed something to occupy my time this winter as Serial has in the past. Similar story telling and same true crime genre. Thanks WVIK!

So far, I like this gotcha. I think story is interesting, and I look for to hearing it every week. My only complaint however, is that the narrators voice puts me to sleep.
