Worth it
Maggie and Ryan’s podcast has helped think of my food choices in a completely different way. I’ve had countless of “aha” moments listening to them while I do my daily walks. I’m currently on the waitlist for vibe club. I find Maggie’s philosophy/approach towards food refreshing and much needed!

The truth
I like how Maggie shares the truth about what it takes to eliminate the excess. Even better the challenges and how to overcome them so it is maintainable. Great job on the podcast!
