Nabila discusses the challenges and confusion parents face when it comes to their kids’ nutrition. She shares her personal experience as well with a chronic inflammatory disease, highlighting how cutting out sugar has positively impacted her health and energy levels as well as the accidental weight loss and improved well-being she experienced.
