“My goodness, I absolutely adore this podcast! I’m not a big fan of sensationalism or getting off on the pain of victims. Which makes this very matter of fact and fraud focused podcast a perfect match, but what really makes it for me is the narrator, Concerned Citizen. At first I found the deadpan narration really off-putting, but it grew on me. Concerned Citizen is so, so deliciously dry. It brings me genuine joy. This coupled with the profoundly well researched and presented stories make this my absolute favorite work podcast. I really appreciate that the focus is genuinely on corrupt people rather then corrupt folks from a particular group.
