Fun AND informative
The only criticism I have about this podcast is that there isn’t enough of it! The agony of waiting for the next one to come out — well, it’s something one could write a song about. Plus, you know, any podcast on pop that invokes Nicolas Slonimsky has my vote. (Two things to say about him: read his autobiography, Perfect Pitch: The Story of a Failed Wunderkind, and read his entry for John Lennon in Bakers.) Anyway, keep up the great work, fellas!

This is one of the best podcasts I've found in a long time. It's got just the right level of music-nerdiness, and is still totally accessible and listenable. I get excited for every new episode!Read full review »

Entertaining and educative. Enjoyed every episode. For every music fan who likes music theory but is not an expert, this is a good recommendation.
