Please stop interrupting and shouting
I’ve listened to and loved this podcast for years and always listen as soon as it’s downloaded. It’s such a lovely concept and so well executed for a long time. But it looks like I’m not alone in coming here to say please please please stop shouting over your guests when they’re halfway through a sentence. I’m trying to listen to the Deborah Frances-White episode and really struggling with how much you cut her off when she’s trying to explain something sensitive. I keep having to turn the volume up and down to counteract the yelling and sniping at each other and your guest is yet to finish any of her stories without being interrupted with frankly quite rude interjections. I want to know what she has to say about feminism, not listen to you swearing at each other. Yes, the banter you have is what makes the podcast so refreshing but surely you can still have that while maintaining a better interview technique. I really hope you take this as constructive criticism as I think you do a great job usually.

I love the moments with Jessie and Lennie at the beginning, as much as I love the guest interviews! Lennie this is a new calling! Great idea, so enjoyable x

This is fun and easy to listen to during commutes. Plus, googling English food is fun. Now I know what a jacket potato is all thanks to Jessie and Sam Smith. Xo
