I have read lots of books about why I drink too much but for the first time ever I have connected with someone to just makes sense. I listen to the podcasts every day and have also bought her book. Rachel has set me on the right path.

It’s helping already!
I’m 2 weeks into the 30 day program and have already learned so much. I plan on continuing even when my trial is up because I think it helps me to reevaluate my automatic thought process in many aspects of my life.
