All or nothing
Unfortunately I found the podcast "ending the fixation on what you don't want and focusing on what you do want" to be more divisive... Stating that if you want someone there in case something goes wrong means you don't get to have it your way too, "you can't have it both ways". Not a very balanced approach. I'm sure the goal must be to empower women to give a more conscious birth where ever they are comfortable (which may also be in birthing centers). Leaves those of us who want a medical attendant available, but also don't want interventions, feeling like we want too much... When in fact we deserve to feel safe how we feel safe.Read full review »
