It’s all ‘I think this may help’ kinna advice. 3 times in 1 podcast they said ‘you gotta look at the situation to see what’s causing it’, when the cause is ADHD… ???

Pete makes some political comments calling Elon Musk a lunatic and other political undertones. I could do without that. Otherwise pretty good.

I want to like this show so much but it’s truly is a hit or a miss. The topics and guests are great. They’re interesting, relevant, and educational to ADHDers. However, host Pete’s frequent “rant sessions” in the episodes are irrelevant, feel hostile, and in appropriate/disrespectful to guest....Read full review »

As someone who is recently diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, I really struggled to listen to the first 5 mins of 1 episode. I lost interest at 4:26 seconds as the Ads were not capturing my attention in the podcast. I think a better structure that is ADHD friendly would help reach the intended...Read full review »

I like both these people and find the information useful. Unfortunately, I’ve just run into the same problem that cause me to stop listening about a year ago. The problem I can’t get past is how high pitched Nikki’s voice is. It really really grates me and makes me feel irritated. It’s not an...Read full review »

I just finished listening to the most recent podcast, and combined with the work I’m already doing on my attention and procrastination, your connection of adrenaline working and limiting beliefs was a MAJOR ahHA moment for me. Can’t wait to listen to more and thanks for making such a great show!

Do they speakers have ADHD? The advice seems as if it is forcing a creative person to be linear and structured. The advice sounds shaming even if thst wasn’t the intent.
