Perfect balance of mindfulness, humour and intelligence
Tara Brach’s talks and meditations have been part of my daily life for years now. She has a calming, soothing voice and speaks intelligently about how to cope with life in terms of our inner struggles and outside challenges. She mixes in humour, which mostly works, not always. The practice of RAIN should be staple of any school or informal learning.

Tara Brach was recommended to me by a friend, and she has quickly become a source of grounding serenity for me. You need only to listen to her to know the content of what she says must resonate in her own life.

... but certainly the most compassionate Buddhist teacher and Buddhist podcast I have encountered during my search for podcasts that would help me meditate and understand Buddhism. And I have tried many.
