Insight with humour
I've been listening to Tara's talks since 2005 when a friend introduced me to them. As a result, I also bought her book Radical Acceptance which I also highly recommend to anyone. The beauty of these talks is that you don't have to be a Buddhist to benefit from them, as all of the principles apply to everyday issues we all experience but don't know how to deal with. Tara provides careful and humorous insight, allowing you to identify the cocoons we wrap around ourselves.
