Her professional endeavors encompass research, writing, and consulting focused on organizational change, leadership development, instructional coaching, professional learning plans, and strategic planning. Dr. Brock's approach emphasizes using student learning data to develop effective school improvement strategies that integrate instructional coaching, a recognized catalyst for organizational transformation and improved student outcomes.
