I'm a lifer. I've been teaching in the public school system for 25 years and still have 10 to go. I've not gone insane because I learned to strategize along the way and reject the accepted narrative. Failure and desperation became my best teachers. I'd like to share my ideas for anyone who is struggling with the idea of staying in the field.
