Our efforts to share the gospel are most effective if we love our brothers and sisters and have the companionship of the Holy Ghost.

God directs His work, and He calls upon every member of the Church to participate in moving it forward.

Keeping the Sabbath day holy and worthily partaking of the sacrament bring us increased spiritual strength.

Faith is a gift from the Lord through which the righteous are empowered to do remarkable things.

The Lord has given us commandments so that we can resist evil and find happiness.

Our Heavenly Father gave us the Word of Wisdom to bless us with physical health and prepare us for eternal life.

If we follow the Lord’s counsel, we are better able to meet our own temporal needs and help those in need around us.

By being kind and patient, we can soften hearts and encourage others to live righteously.

The Lord has given parents the responsibility to teach their children the gospel by word and example.
