The Spire, the mile-high tower city of the Drow, operates under the occupation of the High Elves. The Ministry of Our Hidden Mistress operates in the shadows with one mission, to subvert control of the Spire and restore it to Dark Elf control. Deep in the Middle City a Lajhan priest opens up a small church in an abandoned city watch tower while a Sage of the Vermissian Way completes a mission for the Ministry. When a desperate plea for help reaches their door they'll have to decide how much they're willing to risk to bring change to The Spire.
