Great podcast

Love Molly’s 4 as M’s. Even though I don’t count macros I can appreciate her tips because it can be applied to almost everyone regardless. Thanks Molly!! 🥰😁

Opening my mind in 2021

I love the idea of balancing macros and mindfulness. I binge listened to all of Dr. Lupo’s episodes on January 1, 2021 while driving home from vacation. I appreciate the various guests and the insight they provided into their professions.
