I’m so excited because today we have my dear friend and copywriter Jess Haney on the show. Jess is an offer ecosystem strategist and an incredible copywriter who I just love working with! She helps coaches launch and scale their group coaching programs with bomb-ass copy and strategic funnels.

Additionally, Jess explains how she assists her clients in strategizing their offers to fill high-ticket group coaching programs by utilizing lower-ticket courses and resources. How Can You Protect Your Courses and Coaching Programs from Being Stolen?
When we are creating our courses and coaching programs, we pour our hearts and souls into them so they can truly make a difference, but the thought of someone stealing our content can be downright stressful. So, how can we protect our courses and coaching programs from being stolen?
Well, the first thing we have to do is a gut check. Is it really stealing, or is it bruising our ego because we wanted it to be our own? There is a fine line between inspiration and stealing. But here’s how I see it: I have given full permission to many of my clients to create a program that is a lot like mine. I can think of a few right now who are absolutely crushing it! Because the thing is, none of us are going to teach the same subject in the same way. We are all going to put our own spin on something we learned and that is our secret sauce. THAT is what will make your program unique and different.
In this episode, we chat about:
· Tackling the topic of protecting your course and coaching programs
· Giving students permission to replicate programs
· My experience with someone stealing my program and the difference between inspiration and stealing
· Going from a scarcity mindset to an abundance mindset
· Supporting others who have similar programs

Overcoming Imposter Syndrome and Creating a Course with Impact
One of my favorite things about being a coach and mentor is having the opportunity to have powerful conversations with my students, and I recently had one that I want to share with you. This episode is super close to my heart because it talks about the common, yet rarely discussed challenges many of us face when creating a course or coaching program.
The feelings that my client had were completely valid, and I honestly think that sharing this story with you will bring encouragement to help anyone overcome the hurdles of imposter syndrome and self-doubt.
If you need help with anything discussed in today’s episode, I invite you to check out the mastermind. This is my signature program that was just relaunched and I’ve had people go through it and have launches anywhere from $10k to $90k in just 3 months of the program.
My goal inside the mastermind is to teach you how to scale to $25k cash months on repeat through online courses. And if you apply this week and get accepted by the end of the week, you will save $1k on enrollment AND you will get a free ticket to our upcoming retreat in Colorado this fall.
Remember: Stop playing small. You have so much to share!
In this episode, we chat about:
The raw conversation I had with my client about her fears of creating her course
Writing down the things you will teach and what problems they will solve
Realizing that you have already done everything you’re teaching
The importance of time, patience, and realistic expectations when launching a course or program
An invitation to the mastermind

The Most Essential Financial Decision Every Entrepreneur Should Make
As entrepreneurs and coaches, we often find ourselves wearing all the hats. One of the hats many of my clients try to wear is the bookkeeping hat. They try to manage their own QuickBooks and taxes, living in this constant fear of, “Am I doing it right??”
I learned very early on after trying to do my own finances that I needed to hire a bookkeeper. Accounting isn’t my thing. I love math, but I’m not a CPA by any stretch, so I hired an incredible woman by the name of Zsofia. She and her partner have their own agency, providing comprehensive financial services. She’s basically my CFO (chief financial officer).
I’m sharing this journey of trying to handle my own finances to the relief I felt after hiring a professional. Additionally, you’ll hear the benefits of how Zsofia’s proactive approach helped my business, including having quarterly review calls and having her constant encouragement.
In this episode, we chat about:
Why I decided to outsource my bookkeeping
The benefits having a CFO has had on my business
The quarterly reviews and tax planning I’ve received
The value of having a supportive CFO
To work with Zsofia and her team, you can click here. They serve clients nationwide.

How to Scale to $25K Cash Months
Are you ready to finally scale your business to $25k cash months on autopilot? Last year, we brought in $1.3 million in revenue and this year we are on track to do even more, and there were different ways that I was able to do that.
Over the course of my business, I’ve had multiple revenue streams in order for me to reach $25K cash months and beyond. These include online courses, group coaching programs, retreats, inner circles, and one-on-one coaching.
I’m sharing how I’ve used each of these different revenue streams to help me reach my monthly goals, as well as the difference between cash months and sale months (because that’s really freaking important to know, and a special offer I have for my upcoming mastermind.
In this episode, we chat about:
The difference between cash months and sale months
Why I love payment plans
The different revenue streams I’ve used in my business
The power of masterminds and the community they create

From Interior Design to Passive Income: Liz Levin's Course Creation Journey
I’m thrilled to have my dear friend and client, Liz Levin with us today. Liz is an interior designer based out of Washington DC. She began her career 20 years ago, starting as an intern at the DC Design Center, and is now a course creator for interior designers, as well as the host of Behind the Drapery podcast. While she didn’t pursue a master’s degree in interior design, the foundation she built during those years was a huge influence in her decision to start her own business.
Liz shares how a meetup for coffee with a mom from her daughter’s school, where she gave the mom some insight on how to start a business in interior design, led her to realize that what she had to share was relevant to others, and ultimately, to create a course for interior designers.
And since launching her course, Liz has seen a ton of success! Her course launched January 22nd and she’s already made $32k in sales!
Liz also goes into what she sees for the future of her business, including the potential of group coaching programs and in-person retreats to connect with her audience even more.
In this episode, we chat about:
How Liz got into interior design
Her transition into course creation
The success that Liz has had with her course
Plans for the future - group coaching programs and in-person retreats

Customer Reviews
Great information in bite sized format!
I love listening to Jenni’s podcasts because they are short and packed with useful information. Her courses are great too!
The BEST photography coaching podcast!
I absolutely ADORE listening to each and every podcast episode Jenni creates. From a photographer pivoting into education this year, I learn SO much on how to run a SUCCESSFUL education business. She’s real, raw, and knows exactly what she’s talking about!!
Big fan
One of the things I like is the straight forward talk about how to grow a business - with the real intel on what it takes. From someone who has done it and genuine Kelly wants to share how to with others. Jenni is likable and relatable and makes success attainable.
