Not so funny but good I think… Adam is a great talker and I admire his motivation to teach and learn about the world/food/life/etc... But his opinions are hardly one size fits all. In fact, some of his stances are so firm and opposite of my own that I convulse while listening. Nonetheless, he is...Read full review »

I had huge side effects and withdrawal symptoms on Zoloft. I hope it works well for you. Thanks for talking about things like this. I have a question too: I really want into infused oils (green herb oils, garlic confit, chilli oils), on my research I keep stumbling on botulism risks and notice,...Read full review »

Ragusea has a certain way of communicating that is wholly honest and vulnerable, yet clearly academically informed. The most enjoyable episodes, in my opinion, are the ones centered on subjects other than food(even though that may be the initial draw of the pod). Nothing is more pleasant than...Read full review »

The most recent episode “comfy content” hits the show, for me, dead center mass. Just love learning from Adam, especially food science. When the wife occasionally guest hosts, their dynamic is perfect and brings more of that familiar comfort

I’ve been listening since episode one and it’s become my favourite podcast, look forward to it every week. Adam has such interesting and nuanced takes on the subjects he covers. I especially liked the episode about Tiny Mics! I work in video and have done a lot of location sound and I have been...Read full review »

I have been deeply curious about Food science, history, politics, etc., for years. It has been difficult to find a community where all such avenues are collected and equally explored - and by a person who can explore them charismatically and in detail. Adam has done that perfectly, and I have...Read full review »

Adam used homecooking and food science to discuss everything from history to our perceptions of the world. He strives to be honest, authentic, and dependable. I do not know if he always is but I certainly enjoy the entertainment and education along the way. Thank you, Adam, for all that you do.

I started watching Adam Ragusea on YouTube ever since the original New York style pizza video blew up a few years ago. His podcast is a delightful mix of his unique opinions and rich insights, presented in a way that's more personal and packed with humor. If you're a food enthusiast or...Read full review »

Adam does a great job educating laypersons like me on food and food science. I am from a biochem background, and he does good research for himself on that front. Please continue sir, and I will continue to listen and watch.

I’ve been listening it for a while, but I’m rating it now because Adam just released an episode ranking all the Metallica albums. I love metal and food, and apparently so does Adam!

I really enjoy most of your food content, but you have started to bring your status as a white male into conversation on this pod way too often. It’s completely irrelevant most of the time and it just comes across as intellectual woke virtue signaling. If we want to help this country, the best...Read full review »

Not about what you want to hear Adam…I feel like you’ve been dodging our questions to cater to your own interests. It’s ok to do your own thing occasionally but talking about your favourite movie on a food centric podcast tastes a bit off.

I am a fan that started with Adam’s videos and have seen/listened to all of his podcast episodes since he started the Adam Ragusea Pod. His content is very educational while also being entertaining. The amazing one two punch of content creation. Keep it up Adam!

I’m a big fan of Adam’s work, both this podcast and on YouTube. That’s why I’m so disappointed he decided to accept a company like Masterworks as a sponsor. He’s spoken before about how much of his audience is young and impressionable, so I’m pretty shocked that someone otherwise so irresponsible...Read full review »

I Listen to your episode about obesity and it was so helpful to me. I have been struggling with weight for the last 5 years. I used to blissfully unaware of my body and I want to go back to that time so badly. I found this episode very helpful. Thank you Adam.

It’s agood podcast, and many topics are engaging. Only sometimes, the tone is quite patronizing and repetitive. But maybe that is from my position of already being knowledgeable on the topics, so someone might benefit from a detailed and somewhat repeating tone.

I really enjoy the Adam (and sometimes Adam and Lauren) Pod. Long time fan of his YouTube channel. I love especially when he goes scientific. I consider Adam a Food Philosopher because he goes beyond the food, he talks about why food is the way it is, and how industry and society shape the way we perceive food. Great guy. The Punkrock Capitalist

Absolutely love the show. I love things that get you to think and Adam definitely does this. True he talks about opinions and not just facts but the truly valuable part of that is that even the opinions are based upon facts, or observations.
