Love the high quality information! I recently finished a course on the addiction psychology, and was disappointed that they didn’t talk about food! I was wondering if you’ve done much research into the psychology of feeding behavior, and how we can use that knowledge to better control our impulses.

I had high hopes for this but have been very disappointed after the first 3 episodes. Adam tries his best to appear as the most obnoxious form of a Social Just Warrior imaginable instead of communicating actually interesting content about cooking or anything else. So far I would stay away.

I’ve been watching Adam Ragusea on YouTube for a while now and I’ve always enjoyed his presentation and story telling. When I saw he had a new podcast, I was excited. Now I can listen while doing the dishes and not feel like I’m missing visuals!
