One of my favorite podcasts
I listen to most content creators because of a mix of their personality, and interest in their content area. Some are better and some are worse, but a mix of content and character is the main drive. Adam Ragusea is one of the rare content creators that transcends this. His cooking content is great, sure, and it's how I found him. It's also something that's given me tremendous value, so I don't want to minimize it. But along the way, I discovered he's so entertaining, so informative, knows how to explore things in just the right way, the way I would want to explore things myself. Now, I'm curious to hear his thoughts on anything and everything he wants to speak about. I have yet to regret having his perspective on something, and find myself thinking "what would Adam ragusea think about this" surprisingly often, for someone who's ostensibly "just a chef". I have two questions for Adam, one general and one cooking related. 1. Adam, you've mentioned several times that you think it's a good thing for people not just to cluster in the big cities, but spread out more. How does this view square with worries around climate change, given that being in cities is supposedly better? (Happy to hear if any of my assumptions are actually wrong btw) 2. I have two kids who are fairly picky eaters. Do you have any go-to kid friendly recipes that are easy and healthy?Read full review »

Got to be honest. Any longer than 15 min and it becomes background noise, even for subjects I’m interested in. Confounded lack of attention span. If you have people on as intriguing as your first guests you’ll crush this. Good luck and Godspeed.

Adam’s YouTube channel on mondays are one of my favorite things to do on the website because he will sit down and talk to you at length about a very specific subject and you will enjoy every second of it. Turning on his video as I eat dinner after my first day at work is a new tradition for...Read full review »
