Great cooking channel, great podcast
As is probably the case for most of this show’s audience, I’ve watched Adam’s YouTube channel for years and loved his direct, utilitarian approach to home cooking and his exploration of the history and science of food. If you like the show, I bet you’ll like the pod. And even if you didn’t come here through the show, I still recommend the pod: Adam’s thoughtful, thorough in his research, and has a great voice for radio. The topics he delves into vary a ton thanks to the Q/A format, so if one discussion isn’t grabbing you, I’d wager the next one might.
