Always entertaining and informative

Ryan interviews runners who have been on plenty of other podcasts and asks questions that give me new information about the runners and events in which they participate.

The recent interview with Andrew Drummond might be my favorite. It was so interesting to hear about his many activities and how they relate to ultra running!
