I almost quadrupled my revenue from 2022 to 2023.
With that being said in today's episode, I was reflecting on if I was trying to diagnose the one area that I could have improved upon that could be impacted in multiple areas for 2024.
For me, that word is “speed.”
Not hustling harder.
Not lacking intentionality.
Speed to me is when I look at our growth in 2024, how we can deliver more things, finish more projects, and help more people in 2024?
