Your Soul: Trusting the wisdom of your own guidance

Your Soul: Trusting the wisdom of your own guidance

“The soul is what you are. The soul is not a mythical entity. The soul is a powerful, purposeful in essence. It is at the very centre of who you are.”
This a quote from renowned ‘The Seat of the Soul’ author Gary Zukav while appearing on the Oprah Winfrey Show in 1988.
Zukav, who is seen as a spiritual teacher by many, believes your “enormous soul” is in existence “before you were born and your soul will exist after you die”. He also believes that in every incarnation of yourself,
your soul is trying to guide you.
This episode is focused on exploring that theory of alignment.
Correction: Gary Zukav was inaccurately credited with being on the Oprah
Winfrey Show in “1988”. The appearance referenced took place in 1998.
