What I'm going to be talking about sharing with you is the one and the only person that can help you get results. The only one, and no, it's not me.  Now I will say that there are people who will come into your life that will be able to inspire you, spark interest, get you motivated, and get you fired up.  Ultimately it will come down to one person, and you probably already know who that is. You are the only one who will be able to get you results, and you're the only one who can help yourself.  I'm not just going to leave you with that and say, okay, there's the episode.  So go on now and love yourself and tell yourself to help yourself, and I'm not going to do that.
