Welcome to this Monday mindset today. We're going to talk about how to say no and get more results by doing this.  It's not easy to say no. We feel if we're saying no, we're going to miss out on something. We don't want to disappoint someone.  Maybe we feel like we want to be that person that always says yes. I can do that. What ends up happening is we add more things to our plate, and we get overwhelmed.  We don't do anything because we feel like we want to run away. Believe me. I've been there. I've done that.  What I want to talk about here today is in this world of business. I'm going to go through three different things here.  These are what I want you to consider that will help you say no with confidence.
