Not academic
Was really excited to hear the episode on cancel culture... was expecting a sociological analysis, but the entire episode was essentially celebrity gossip. No academic angle applied at all. The hosts are entertaining, but the show description makes false promises.

Family Estrangement
I taught Sociology for 27 years and if the two women who spoke were to have presented and questioned the writer in oral form, I would have failed them both. Where’s the sociology?
I can’t speak for every episode of this show. But I just listened to the most recent (“Cancel Culture”) and there was no sociology to be found.
