Description
On this episode of The Anxiety Project Podcast, I talk about the day I started my anxiety recovery journey. Leading up to that day, I was living very sensitized and a very chaotic lifestyle. With no goals and living without a purpose, I was continually catastrophizing over the bodily sensations I was feeling daily. I kept spiralling down deeper into despair. The goal of this episode is so that you can relate your own experiences with anxiety to my own experiences with anxiety. When you find out that you are not alone, it can be a huge relief.
