This is for anyone who has ever questioned their path
I’ve been following Natalie since the beginning and felt instantly drawn to her and her work. She is the one who introduced me to the concept of relationship anxiety, and I remember as soon as I found her account, I was so relieved that I’m not the only one who has ever had doubts while being in a loving partnership. I had never heard of relationship anxiety before, and honestly I think it’s still a relatively new concept for most people. Natalie has helped thousands of people by opening up the conversation about relationship anxiety, and being her vulnerable, honest self, sharing her own personal struggles and triumphs. I love her dearly, I feel that she is my friend even though we’ve never met, and I’m so thankful to be able to witness her journey and gain some wisdom from her. Her work has taught me more about myself and where the fear and doubts really come from. Although she jokes that she is a narcissist, she is truly the most down to earth, friendly, inviting person, and she is using her platform to spread thought provoking and balanced information about the nuances of long term partnerships. She shares what has worked for her and others, but also acknowledges that what she personally has done may not work for everyone. She encourages all of us to approach our darker sides with curiosity and gentleness instead of judgement and shame; to question the negative messages that go through our heads and embrace our authentic selves. I am so happy that her business is growing and that she has Sheridan working with her now. They are both true gems, and I know any who listen to this podcast will learn something and think about things in a way they haven’t before. 💜

More reviews of The Anxious Love Coach
This is hard to explain in words, but I feel as if I have found the root of all evil in my life. Finally all my intrusive thoughts, what I feel in my mind, the things I never tell anyone have a cause and way to get better. I appreciate you so much.
