Too narrow and superficial
Advice is centered on settling down with a man and having kids, making money, and following a bit of a mainstream somewhat conservative path. Not nuanced and very gendered, fringes on toxic divine feminine/masculine rhetoric. Also doesn’t reference psychologically based anxious attachment resources and mostly seems to use wellness influencers so I can’t take it seriously.
