No YOU’RE crying

Two episodes in and I’ve cried like four times. Getting back into therapy and trying to keep up with a journalling or mental health self-care routine feels so overwhelming when you’re pondering the horrors, so it can be really easy to do nothing and dissociate. So far, this podcast feels like an easy catharsis that can take place during your commute, or in the shower, but can ultimately kick start your journey to healing. Not intimidating, but packs a punch. Please never stop making these you’re mY ONLY HOPE.

Might be my new favorite

I recently discovered this podcast on a whim when I was searching anxiety relief. Usually, I have to search around and listen to a few episodes before I can decide if I can connect with their content, however, the very first episode that I listened to was surprisingly exactly what I wanted. I love the simplicity of the intro, the speed and clarity of the audio, but most importantly, how she uses her personal life experiences as examples. I’ve found the best results with self improvement from people who have been in the situations they are educating others on. I highly recommend giving this podcast a try if you’re looking to improve your life and mental wellbeing.

Great info

I love how she explains things in a way that are easy to understand and identify with. The 15-20 minute podcasts are just the right length to get valuable information on a certain topic without it being too much all at once. She’s amazing!
