One of my favorite podcasts

I listened to Aubrey on the Mamahood podcast and that podcast saved my life as a new mom. I’m so grateful she’s created this podcast that focuses specifically on mental health! I just listened to episode 6 and oh my goodness I was in tears almost the whole time because I didn’t know there was anyone I could relate to in regards to my specific experience. This podcast is amazing and everyone should listen whether you are a mom or expecting your first child. So good!
