Meh
I wanted to love it, the story started out fascinating. But the narrator (although I understand wanting the POV of the wife) is just grating. Her straight out reading off a script is just too fake sounding.

I was excitedly awaiting the release of this podcast, but unfortunately it fell flat. All of the recording from the answering machine are so unclear in the first episode I had no clue what they were saying and I found myself rewinding multiple times. Finally gave up. Not worth it.

This might be the most unique, raw, fascinating story/concept for a podcast ever, especially because the tapes are from a time before the internet, and other modern tech.
