Great podcast to be able to learn a bit about the app world! Aman and his Company are amazing and currently working on building an app out for myself. Customer service is on point like mentioned in the podcast.
Customer Service is Everything
I have to admit that this podcast gets it. There is no denying the power of excellent customer service. I’ve been researching various app dev companies and interacting with them on various levels. Many of them are clueless when it comes to service and they immediately turn people off with certain responses and lack of responses. I’m glad I found this podcast. I’m very interested. Great Job!
