Not full of extreme ideas, just solid, science-backed approaches to wellness
I stumbled upon this podcast as I continually seek sources for science-based learning to continue to grow as a dietitian and help my clients. I really like Dr. Will Cole’s laid-back personality, yet his passionate approach towards wellness is invigorating, and this is really how I try to be in my own practice. I like that he doesn’t throw out strong thoughts or attitudes that negate one way of thinking or another. He doesn’t make you feel like you have to do his way or nothing, and really works to bring people on that can help educate on different components of wellness. He truly does seem to want to find wellness for everyone, and really talks about how this looks different for everyone.

My favorite health podcast! The information is so valuable and applicable. Dr. Cole is a fantastic interviewer. I especially love the end questions that are asked of all the guests!

The podcast content was pretty interesting however I couldn’t even finish one episode of the podcast because the placement and length of the advertisements so I unfortunately just unsubscribed and stopped listening.
