Can I be honest?
Reviews ask for honest opinions. Right? Unfortunately, a listener rated the podcast with less than favorable ratings and feedback (bound to happen). Instead of maturely taking the high road, Dr. Will Cole (or his social media “team”) then blasted it on Instagram shaming the person who provided their feedback and calling her the overly used and so tired metaphor “Karen”. Criticism can be ugly, but this functional medicine doctor, whom i have referred family to his clinic that live in Pittsburgh, showed some questionable behavior by blasting on the Instagram platform. This was the perfect opportunity to take the high road. People are brutally honest and will tell you what they think, even if using terms you don’t find appealing. If you sink to that level, you shine an ugly light on yourself and lose the respect of those that think you’re above the banter. By the way, I like your podcast for the most part and will continue to give you a chance because humans make mistakes, and most of your material is good. Peace.
